L'oreal Jet Set Polish, Paint The Town (layered)

Happy Thursday! Today I have a fun polish for you! This is L'oreal's Paint the Town, a super fun flaky! This is layered over Barielle's Berry Blue. This is just as cool as Nfu oh's flakies!
