Borghese Nail Lacquer, Stellare Notte

Hello everyone! I didn't get that much done but I did find my swatches of Stellare Notte! Happy Dance :) So this is it, sorry it's overcast at all times here! But these are the best of the bunch with the pics. If you look at the bottles you can see what this looks like on the nail, in person. So this is a Dark gunmetal grey base with Purple/fuchsia and green/teal micro shimmer. I would personally consider this a douchrome-iridescent hybrid. If that makes any sense! hehehe!
This is 2 coats, no base, 1 coat SV.

Borghese Nail Lacquer, Pomino Plum

Hello and a good evening and/or mornin" to Ya! I'm posting this late at night knowing that I'm out of pic's and need to spend tomorrow doing some serious photo editing to find the rest of my swatches! This is also the last of my Borghese polishes. I did pick up Stellare Notte and wear it, I even think I took some pics, but I have no idea where they are now!?! Sorry! I will try and find those and get them up next! Also I wanted to mention with the whole manikin hands thing going on, that I've been totally Rockin' nudes, whites, greys, mushrooms and pastels lately. I know crazy for a girl who loves color, but I love the "brand new - fresh start" kinda vibe they give me. Also I haven't tried any of them and it's awesome to use these colors I normally pass up. ( I have lots!) Anyway, on to the polish!!!!

This is Pomino Plum, an awesome purple polish with pink and blue shimmer. I think this may be a dup for China Glaze, Coconut Kiss or Nubar's Pasadena Purple. Okay I had to pull out the three bottles just now and look, couldn't say that without lookin'. So ......it looks like Pomino Plum has a much more wine/plum (hehe!) base than PP or CK. It seems to have a much stronger shimmer effect as well! Soooooo glad they aren't dupes!!! and sorry for the application I got sloppy. This was 2 coats, no base no top. :)

I'm gonna go paint my nails and pass out hope your Tuesday is awesome!!!!

Borghese, Brunello Grape

Hello and a happy Monday to all!! I meant to post this last night but I bit my tongue really super hard last night and decided to wait. Oh and sorry about the sloppy application my cuticles really dried out bad towards the end of my swatching with this collection.

Anyways Brunello Grape is a dark purple with micro shimmer. This baby is loaded with silver and purple shimmer. It's very fine but shows up nicely. This is 2 coats, no base or top coat.

Borghese, Vin Santo Rose

Happy Friday! Hope all is well with you! Today I have a pretty wine shimmer to share. This is Vin Santo Rose, it has brown undertones and is different than the other wines in my collection. I'm not sure if it's really a color I like on me, but it's a nice color regardless. This is 2 coats no base or top coat.

Borghese, Vino Noble Berry

I love this creamy, light version of wine! The first pic here shows the truest to color. This is delicious to me, I just want to take a bite out of something this color! So great probably my fav of the wine/berry shades I'm showing lately. This is 2-3 coats, no top coat or bottom coat. These next two pics are in super bright sunlight. This is what it looks like in super bright light. but most of the time this color is darker like the first pic.

Borghese, Rosato Rose

Hello everyone! A big Huge apology For my really long Hiatus I've been super busy with my kids and the holiday's (tomorrow is my son's B-day). But I hope to get back into the swing of things soon.

Today I have another Borghese polish to share this is Rosato Rose. This was taken in extremely bright sunlight and is a bit darker and more Magenta-ish in person, think blue based and you get the idea. This applied well and was 2-3 coats, no base or top coat.

Borghese, Vini Violet

Hey everyone! Hope all is well with you. I'm doing much better! Thanks so much for your support! I hope to have my bank troubles worked out shortly and x-mas is still gonna happen! So needless to say I'm in the best of spirits.

Today I have the first of my small Borghese collection to show. This is a super pretty creme Light purple this is more red and less blue in person, but still a super great color. This appears to be very close in color to Nubar's Hieroglyphys Purple.... maybe just a half shade lighter. I will have to do a comparison soon of these, as I've just noticed they might be similar.

For me these applied a little thick and stringy but I'm pretty sure that's because it was very hot outside and that's where I was painting my nails at the time. All in all I do like this brand just wish they weren't so pricey. This was 2 coats, no base, no top. Hope everyone's Holiday is Bright!!!!!
