urban vibe Nail Polish, Bashing Blue (Wet Seal Polish)

This is a cool new polish I picked up on a mall trip awhile ago. This brand is new to me I found it at Wet Seal these are 2.50 each. This has a more royal blue base in person than you see here but the glow in this polish is just breath taking! This was 2 coats no base, no top. The application on this was great, except the one I got had bent bristles and was a bit of a pain but that's just bad luck!
