Barielle Elle's Spell layered over Barielle Tight Knit

 I just couldn't help myself. I looked at some pics from a couple of months ago and found some swatches I could post. Happy me!

So this is 2 coats Tight knit, a burnt sienna-ish color (I got bored of quick!) topped with 2 coats of Elle's Spell. One coat SV.

 I luv this look and I luv Elle's Spell. This is the only red flakie I have.  I Highly suggest this polish!

Sally Hansen Gems, Lady Luck

Hello! I finally figured out a way to upload some pics, but I can't crop them and they aren't to great so this is just a fix for today. But I'm so happy to be back. My Internet at home is spotty but better than nothing. My Plan is to edit some pics in the evening and then email them to my work account and upload them on my break. Of course it probably won't be everyday, I just don't have the time and My nails are rarely painted anymore :(

Anyhoo, here's the polish. Lady luck is soooo pretty my pic's don't do this justice at all! But They where taken with my cell phone so they are better than I hoped this is 3 coats with top coat. This polish for me was thick and gloppy so extra care is need to get an even coat, but worth it in the end. This Mani only last one day But I blame that on not using a base coat, which I find to be extremely important when using any sort of glitter.

Revlon Limited Edition Heartthrob Red

Here's a quick post. I wanted to get something with polish up soon! Here we have today's NOTD or week hehe!, Revlon's Heartthrob Red. This was one of my first nail polishes! I haven't worn this in years, but I'm so glad I have it! This has mini flakie's that give that glass flecked look, as you can see it's super bright and overcast here in Seattle so you can really see the rainbow of colors in this polish. Under more traditional lighting this is a really beautiful glowing salsa red. This is two coats polish, one coat SV no Base coat. All picture's taken outside in natural light, no flash.

Sorry for the randomness of my picture order, I'm still getting use to the new computer and I can't seem to see my picture as I'm loading them.... just numbers :)

Maybelline Salon Expert Nail Polish, Glistening Garnet #806

Hope your Holiday went well! Today I have Another classic red wine shimmer to share. This is Glistening Garnet a near dup for the polish I showed you yesterday..... (Unforgettable Red). There are to diffrences between the two. 1. GG is more of a true red tone than UR which is a little berry in color. 2. GG has a stronger, larger sized shimmer. This was 2 coats, no top, no base.

Maybelline Salon Expert Nail Polish, Unforgettable Red #505

Hello Merry X-mas! Today I have a very pretty yet basic color to share. This is Unforgettable Red, a perfect wine red shimmer. This is a timeless classic. I must have a hundred of these in my stash lol! This was 2 coats, no base, no top. Sorry about the mess!

Barielle Nail Polish, Glammed Out Garnet

Hello and Good Evening! Today I have another Barielle polish for you. This is Glammed out Garnet, a rich berry red shimmer/glitter polish. This polish has a berry red jelly base, that leans to a dark magenta, loaded with micro glitter. The super bright sunlight makes this polish appear much lighter than bottle color, but this is much darker in low lights. I just loved this color, very glamorous indeed. This was 2-3 coats, 1 coat SV. I don't think I have any dup's for this one in my stash, maybe some old LE Maybelline polishes but I don't think so.(Sorry for the messy application and fuzzy pics I think I was running out of steam by the time I got to this one.)

Nars, Jungle Red

This is a beautiful red jelly polish! Applied super easy in 2 coats. I loved this red not to orange or blue.

Me and the kids are still under the weather So that's it for today hope you have a good one!!!

Barielle Polish, Vivid

Hello everyone hope you had a great weekend! Today is the last day of summer vacation and of course it's cold and wet and windy outside. Not that I'm surprised! The weather turned bad weeks ago with just a few brief sun breaks and low 70's as are high's........ :(....! But we are all pretty happy to go back to school ..... Kinda, lol!

Anyhow, today I have a very pretty jelly red polish for you. This is real red, not orange or blueish. Think primary red. This is super glossy and classic! This is 3 coats, no base, no top.

Barielle Polish, Razz Berry

Hello everyone, I hope all is well! Today I have a gorgeous polish for you this is Razz Berry. Razz is right! I know it just looks shimmery on the nails, but look at the bottle, that's what you get. My camera had a terrible time trying to capture all the glitz in this one but trust me it's there! This is a wine/red color. Highly pigmented and loaded with shimmer that's larger than your average shimmer although not quite a glitter. This is 2 coats, no top, no base.

Color Club Polish, Art of Seduction

How pretty is this!!!!!? I wore this during my "I'm gonna wear nothing but glitters' so my nails will stop breaking!" phase.....which technically I'm still kinda in. Anyhoo this is AMAZING glitter polish! This had great wear perfect for like 4 days and the only reason I took it off was to change the color 4 days is about my limit! This is 2 or 3 coats, no base, 2 coats of SV, it didn't need 2 but I was going for extra Glam!

I also played around with my new primer tarte's lifted, and I have to say that I LOVE IT! I hope to do a quick review of it some time soon with makeup pic's. Hope everyone is having a good Monday!

Color Club Polish, Velvet Rope

Hello Everyone! Just got back from a nice shopping trip. I got my girls each a new backpack, and of course I also got some nail polish and makeup! And Guess what? ..... I found the Wet n Wild Craze polishes! I thought there were only 8 in this collection but I found nine, so now I have no idea how many there are? Oh and Walgreen's is having a sale buy one get one free! I also picked up tarte's lifted, it's a natural eye primer with firmitol. I have been wanting to try this for awhile now and since I've been out of primer for a couple of months I said what the hell and got it. If anyone has tried this please let me know what you think.

Enough of me, time for polish! Here is a very pretty red shimmer. This is 2 coats, no base, no top. I originally put this on so I could layer it with glitter, so my application was super sloppy! But if done with more luv this is just as smooth and even as all the other Color Club polish in my collection. I love these kinds of reds for really cold days. Just screams "cold winter day downtown". Hope everyone had a great weekend!
