Maybelline Express Finish Nail Polish, Plum Intense #210

Hello How's your week going? I'm doing okay, I've got some last minute shopping to do ....Wish me luck!!!! lol! So today I have a near dup for yesterdays polish (Amethyst Glimmer). This is Plum Intense, a very uber dark plum color. PI is a slightly darker and less purple version of AG. This is another nice winter polish that works great on it's own or as a base for layering. I love using dark shades instead of plain old black. PI has a high gloss finish and went on nicely in 2 coats. No base, no top.

Hello Dear Readers! Today I have another Maybelline Express finish polish to show you. This is Amethyst Glimmer (AG). AG is a very dark plum-purple creme with a high gloss finish. Why they call this "Glimmer" I don't know? LOL! This is a great winter color and would work great layered with shimmery sheers, flakies or glitter. This is 2 coats, no base, no top.

Maybelline Salon Expert Nail Polish, Bordeaux Brilliance #807

Hello & Happy Winter! Today I have an older Maybelline polish to share. This is Bordeaux Brilliance a limited edition shade, from their Salon Expert line. This color is a deep dark purple wine with Micro shimmer. I loved this color in the snow. This is just perfect for winter! Sorry about the mess I made with this one. This is 2 coats, no top coat, no base coat.

Barielle Nail Polish, Lava Rock

Hello Dear Readers! Today I turn 30!!!!! I have no big plans, but I'm really enjoying and embracing this new stage in my life. I hope this decade is filled with all the joy and happiness the last one was. I am always amazed at how quickly the years pass. I'm gonna try and appreciate my Life, Friends and Family more. I think I'm starting to understand how precious time really is. Not that I feel like it's getting short or running out. That's not it at all, I just know I have so much more to do. So when I'm lounging around doing nothing, or not interacting with my children (while I still can). I kinda feel like I'm wasting my life away. Day by day, here and there, time lost and wasted. I guess that has alot to do with my absence lately. I think I need to allow myself one day of blogging a week. That way I can still post regularly and do some reading myself. I will try and get it figured out soon. :)



Here's some polish for you. I luv this color! It's so much cooler on the nail then in the bottle. This was 2-3 coats, one coat SV. I can't wait for summer, this is amazing in the sun! The dark gold shimmer in this one was what made it special for me. Really gives this polish amazing depth. When the sun hits this it really does give the nail a "burning from with in" kinda look. Very very pretty!

Borghese, Vin Santo Rose

Happy Friday! Hope all is well with you! Today I have a pretty wine shimmer to share. This is Vin Santo Rose, it has brown undertones and is different than the other wines in my collection. I'm not sure if it's really a color I like on me, but it's a nice color regardless. This is 2 coats no base or top coat.

Sephora by OPI, Caffeine Fix

Today I have a great fall/winter polish this is a jelly polish that is hard to describe it's a purplish wine color just gorgeous it a dark jelly so it's a little streaky at first but evens out in the end this is 2 to 3 coats no top, no base. Hope you enjoy your day!

Barielle Polish, Secret Encounter

Okay so I don't want to say this is my fav of the Barielle polishes I have so far, because I love alot of them but this one is definitely in the top 5! This color is a vampy wine with a hint of purple and shimmer. I just love it! This one is perfect for fall and winter. A nice twist to an old classic! Also these are the most recent pics of my nails ..... all different sizes too!

Hello everyone, happy Monday! I had a great weekend! It was sunny and warm for the first time in forever! I got to walk down to the BF's work and have a nice picnic type lunch with him outside, both Sat. & Sun. Happy Kitty!

Today I have a very pretty vampy Merlot polish. This is very much wine colored but it does have the slightest purple/burgundy tint to it. This is a jelly polish but is highly pigmented. Sorry for the sloppy application! This is 2 coats, no base, no top.

Estee Lauder Nail Lacquer, CA Bordeaux

Today I have a really pretty Estee Lauder polish This is called CA Bordeaux, this is a maroon with a violet shimmer! Very pretty! This is 3 coats, no base, no top. This also had perfect application.

Today was a great day. Me and the kids walked all over the neighborhood. Stopped by the nail salon and drug stores for polishes. Hit up the Fred Meyer's for school supplies and new shoes and checked out our super cool toy store. Then we ended are day with a picnic dinner at the park! Me and the kids have a long night of nails ahead of us. They are going to a wedding with their father Saturday and then on a road trip. So I've been asked to give the kids French manicures. (LOL! wish me luck) So I hope to read all the blogs I missed today in the morning hope everyone had a great day too!
