This is GR8 from the OMG collection. I fell in love with this collection and had to get the whole set including the top coat with kicks butt! But I didn't have Internet when these came out so I picked them up at Ulta $9.00 a piece! this is super cool! but as you can see from the last 2 pics. Outside on an overcast day there's no holo! weird! This is 2 coats and applied well super fast dry on this.
I love love halo's! I almost have the whole collection. I have to check and see what I am missing. It's a terrific collection.
