This is a nice top coat. You can actually see this a little without anything else. This is a milky white base with tons of gold sparkle. The last pic is 1 coat over black, really need 2 I think. Wearing this over black creates a dark pretty olive that really glows. This is 2 coats no base, no top.
I love this over black. Olive is another of my favorite colors.
