This is my most favorite light blue polish! This is your average light blue base with tons of Glowing blue shimmer! This really is super awesome in person! So much better than I could ever get on camera. This had great application! This is 3 coats, no base, no top.
That is a very pretty blue. Darn I don't have this one. Looks pretty on you. I figured I had the China Glaze collection with all the blues.
ReplyDeleteI like that one very much! As soon as I saw the first picture I thought "Yay! Another glowy polish!". You never can tell until you put it on if it's going to have that 'glow' to it.
